The Atlantic Dubai restaurant is located in the Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai, with spectacular views over The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera House and Burj Khalifa. This is the first franchise of the original seafood restaurant of the Atlantic Group from Melbourne with acclaimed chef, Donovan Cooke. The venue opened in January 2017 and is run by Solutions Leisure, the leading nightlife and entertainment group in the Middle East.

The interior is inspired by the magnetic and wild beauty of the Australian coastline where amazing shades of emerald green water interplay with sand, stone, and massive and raw cliffs, creating an unforgettable place outside time.

We take the customer through a journey, applying the brand’s claim from ‘’Ocean to Plate” by building up layers of ocean-inspired storytelling. The bar area is inspired by the industrial and rough vibe of fish harbours and markets, including the hustle and bustle of cocktail stations and the theatre of an open kitchen. The main central dining area calms the mood down to a relaxed beach-like atmosphere. From here, one enters the terrace with the iconic view over the blue waters of the fountains.

In pursuance of purity and refinement, we focused on sensual nuances through the choice of colours, tones, temperature, and surfaces.  The contrasts between soft and warm surfaces, with cool and glossy finishes, suggest the contrast between sand and water.
